C. H. Fellowes

Not much is known about tattooist C.H. Fellowes. All that remains is his sketchbook and a hand tattooing kit, which were found in 1966 in Providence, Rhode Island and later sold to a private collector.

Fellowes sketchbook, The Tattoo was published in 1971 by the Pyne Press and is an interesting study of turn-of-the-century tattoo designs, mostly in black and red and featuring patriotic, religious and nautical themes.
