Dick Hilburn

Dick Hilburn was the famous half man who tattooed on circus and carnival midways in the 1940s and 1950s. With only one arm and no legs, Hilburn was one the of the most unique tattooists of that era. Dick was featured in the centerfold of the Milton Zeis publication, Tattooing the World Over #2.
